Request deletion of your DeepSearch account and associated data.

How to request deletion
In the iOS app, sign in and open Account, then choose Delete account in the data section. Confirm the prompt to close your account and delete or anonymize account data.
If you cannot access your account, email support@deepsearch.app from the email address connected to your DeepSearchaccount with the subject "Delete my account" so we can help verify ownership.
If you cannot send the request from the account email address, include enough information for us to verify that you own the account before we delete it.
What we delete
We delete saved searches, search history, saved profiles, app settings, and other product data linked to your account. If there are no retained billing records, we also delete the authentication account. If billing records must be retained, we disable the account and anonymize account identifiers.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, billing, refunds, or dispute-resolution purposes. Payment records handled by third-party payment processors may also be retained according to their legal obligations.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will reply by email when the request is received and when deletion is complete.
